Mountain bikers from Chicago (IL) - 3/11/2004
Itineranceplus had the privilege to receive a 8-biker group from Chicago (IL) from Feb.20th to March 6th. We accompanied this group on an original and exciting tour which has included the following:1/ Biking over the High Atlas at Tizi-n-Telouet. 2/ Biking across the Jbel Sagho through Ait Yahia, Tagmout, Irhazoun Imlas and Nqob (3 days) and 3/ Striking out into the desert west of M’Hamid (3 days), camping at Arg Lihoudi, Arg Chiggaga and Arg Lmhazil. 4/ Back to Marrakech driving through Tata, Taroudant and the Tizi-n-Test. Total distance was 1500 km of which over 200 km by bike. Biking across the Jbel Sagho and in the desert is (to our knowledge) a première. Biking on the flower-covered Iriqi was like a dream. Our guest were delighted and so have we been.
